Joining the Iron Shields LEMC is not a difficult process. However, there are some basic requirements that must be met in order to join our club. We evaluate each person interested in joining the club. We accept men and women that meet our requirements equally. There are NO INITIATIONS or HAZING.
Members must be an active or retired member of Law Enforcement or Corrections.
Be of good character and morals.
Cannot be convicted of any crime.
Participate in a mandated number of meetings and rides each year.
Pay yearly dues to support club functions.
Exhibit characteristics that will represent our motorcycle club positively, be community and family oriented, and be willing to help with charity events when necessary.
Must like to ride motorcycles!
The Iron Shields Heritage Chapter meets once a month in Southern York County, and rides together as often as possible.
